    I am selling my site alarmingvideos.com I no longer have time to run the site as I am working in different areas right now so I need to sell this site soon. It is a great site that is a big money maker. It has a great design and a custom cms. It is very easy to add videos through the admin. Look at some of the video views you will receive high spikes of traffic with this site. It doesn't take that much to run this site you just need to add a few videos a day and submit out some links to trade partners.

    Here is the revenue breakdown for the site.

    LiveJasmin popunder $400
    BackTalkMedia $95.50
    UnderDogMedia $319.89
    Heavy.com $300
    Direct Ad Buys $250

    Total Monthly Revenue: $1365.39

    Total Hosting Fees $50 if that this could be on a shared server since I only use embedded videos.

    After the sale of the site I will train you and show you how to run everything how to improve traffic and revenue. You will earn over $1k a month every month with this site. It is a really fun site to run I just don't have the time. I recommend spending some time with the site updating it and I will train you how to increase traffic with little time.

    It takes about 10-15 mins a day if that just adding videos. I would recommend spending a little bit more time promoting it and trading traffic which I will show you how to do. But it isn't really a time consuming site.
