Well PayPal only takes credit card for verification and not debit cards. Though there are some cases when people announced that their account got verified with debit cards but there is no assurance that PayPal takes debit card all the time.

It will work only if you are having a SBI YUVA card. :)

Paypal does not accept normal SBI Debit cards (which have Maestro and Cirrus logos)

U need to have the VISA or Mastercard branded cards from SBI

Simply Order a card from https://www.epayarea.com/ and
    sign up for paypal account.
enter the details of your card detail that you have got to get verified.
Pay pay will charge you about $1.95 . but Onece your have given the 4 digit code which you can get from epay. you'll get back the 1.95 which paypal charges you.

you can order any amount of card under different names that means you can get a credit card for your friends and family too , virtual dedit card, real dedit card, reloadable, debit card,
Also when odering send them your driving license or passport scanned and send them, since HSBC bank needs them for verification
    This is one time only.

None of Indian Debit Card works for paypal verification (not sure about SBI Yuva Card).

You need to use a valid CC to verify your Indian Paypal account.

    DON.
