A link to the site in question would be a good idea. We need to know what we're working with here before we can shoot off some suggestions.

LOL Welcome to the "big show".

There is a big difference in getting indexed and getting ranked. I would take some time to learn the difference.

Having a domain name that EXACTLY matches a search phrase does not automatically make it rank for that search phrase. Having an EXACT match domain DOES help a LOT, but you still need inbound links with that keyword phrase as the link text in order to make it rank for the targeted phrase.

It does NOT automatically rank just because the domain exactly matches the search phrase.

I have got same problem with my subdomain first time google indexed and after some days removed from indexing so no problem you have to change content and it will index soon. I changed content and my website indexed within one hours. it depend on content.

Its easier to get a domain indexed than to get ranked for keywords. Just keep up the off page seo and you will see results.

I think that what you are trying to say is that you are not ranking for the keyword you are targeting. Index and rank are completely different things and make sure to understand the difference if you are trying to get into search engine optimization. Getting a domain that is the exact keyword you are targeting is a good start but it is far from what you need to get the job done.
One last thing, only a few weeks is way to little time to expect impressive results.

if your domain name considered your targeted key phrase then it's not give you boost up in search engine ranking because sometimes search engine terms working on base on back Links, if you have powerful high page rank back links then it's profitable to you.

You should continue to build link everyday to improve your site,........If you do that often I think Google will cache your site regularly.

2 week is so early man. I was also facing the same problem before with my new domain. Just wait for a months or so. And your website will totally indexed by Google. Dont worry, Its normal. It will take some time and your keyword will get optimized :).

And also build quality back links with your niche in that time. And you have done.
