When you pray with top of your voice to God , how does it reach him , if he is sitting far away in heaven ? I think the prayer does not reach more than 1 mile.
one has to understand the nature of god, everything is part of the whole, when you hurt someone,by default you are hurting yourself, likewise when you help someone you are helping yourself, the nature of god is non dualism.
maybe you think of God like he is a man, and the existence of God should be like his existence, meaning, God should have a defined location, and God should occupy a place for him. God existence is different than human existence, because God existed before the space, we occupy, before the time we use, and before the whole universe, God is not a part of universe, so you can't compare God to anything in universe, by giving him an image from this universe So I guess you can not tell that , God is sitting far away from us.
Why "pray with top of your voice to God", if HE'S really GOD? Is the the god that "pray with top of your voice to", hard of hearing??? Must not be much of a god if that's the case, huh??? Sounds kinda like "the prophets of Baal" versus Elijah on Mt. Carmel to me.
Exactly, God can just read my mind if God wants to know what I am thinking or praying about. All these fools praying to a lazy God.
No, actually, the only "fools", are the "lazy" ones who choose not to communicate with their CREATOR GOD, on HIS TERMS. It is written, "Enoch walked with GOD; and he was not, for GOD took him."

I think people that talk to imaginary people may have mental disorders or problems letting go of imaginary friends. I at least transferred it to my pets that I speak to, although I don't ask them to do anything but eat crickets and molt. Except the remaining dog of course.
And I'm certain that your Jack Russell (I've got [gave it to my youngest daughter] one myself) VERBALLY thanked you for that, right? They are one SMART dogs, yeah?
Nehemiah - Jack Russells are smart dogs. Your post made me think of Tillamook Cheddar. Tillie is an artist (and a Jack Russell Terrier) that likes to create paintings, and has had many art exhibits. You can see some of her paintings here.
I do not have a Jack Russel. If you noticed the picture, and the numbers, you would see that my pitbull passed away.
