200 Euros For Logo and Mascot (100 each)

Not quite what we looking for.

Try something more graphic, geometrical for de logo. The draw is too big and if we use it on prints, documents or envelopes it might be hard to understand the logo.

Good start!! I like the concept. Can you work the lettering, something handwritting, remebering 18th century. Cause, if we use the figure of Marquis of Pombal as a mascot, the logo has to be inside de concept of it. Can you do that, please?

I can't extend the deadline, sorry. The 23rd of November we will have a meeting the the City mayor to present the options and discuss which one will be the chosen logo and mascot. The meeting will be at 3 p.m. (Portugal hour) and later that night I will tell the winners.

I would like very, very very much to see your work. Try to do it on time, please. Looking forward to see what you can bring for discussion in the meeting with the mayor's city.

I like very much the Marquis that you made. Nice Work! Can I ask you to put four parchments (red. yellow, blue and green) in one of his hands or, three in one hand and the one in the other (extended parchment) that would be awesome for the website, using the four colours for each area (the selected one should be the colour of the "extended parchament" in the hand).

So this entry has more historical feel, still is modern in some way. Now "V" is V, because steel square tool doesn't look like handwriting "V".

I dont think i really have the time to complete a mascott, but i presume you are willing to split the prize eg pay 100EUR to one person and 100EUR to another, so here is my initial logo concepts.

Design has a deliberate hand drawn feel to it, whilst retaining its geometric properties:

Well I had a Briefing with the mayor's city this morning and I have a deadline extention. Untill 26th November, try till then please. I open this contest in other forum so if I pick your logo (just one of them) and pick from other designer the mascot, I will split 100 for you and 100 for the other, ok?

About the Logo...

I like it, can you create something with the lettering and the square with the tree, can you put there a pine tree instead please. In the yellow square you can add the lettering and remove the ball.

Glad you have extended the deadline,
However your new thread states a prize of $200 usd, whereas this one is 200EUR. Thats a big difference for me at least, im in the uk (£GBP).
Could you confirm what the prize is?

Don't worry about the 200$, it still is 200 euros, if you want in dollars I make it in dollars, something around 230$ I guess... My mistake, i put "$" and it wasn't my intention to reduce the offer... 200 euros it is!!

I would like to see it with colours, it make all the difference. I kind of like, looking forward to see it in colour. Can you also work something for the logo, like a cool lettering with the four colours "something". Something abstract, a cubism composition of colours or so... try it, please.

I don't know if you want to try a logo too, the mascot is quite good and I will take the idea for the briefing to vote and chose the "winner". Try the logo, work it out with a cool lettering and the four colours.
