You'll see the results very same day when the service starts. Some boards are so popular that they get spidered and indexed on hourly basis, some are new so they will need weeks/months. So you'll see the results very same day from those popular forums who will get your post spidered fastest.

How much traffic can this bring me?
Hmm not much by the blast itself and this is not a purpose of it at all. The goal is to get SE rankings and then steady and quality traffic.
I usually get around 3000-5000 uniques (depending on the content - is it interesting to the people or not) first 2 days after the blast hits in.

How long it takes to complete the service?

I've tried iimpacts service from another thread, it was also Xrumer blasts but little more expensive, all i can say it's a great service, fast delivered and since then my google backlinks amount is raising

I can do this as well, but the you have to forget about 500k of posts.
For example i was working for "weight loss" keyword and all possible keywords around that topic.
Got around 130 000 forums, but only 50k (overall) successful.
