I would prefer to use Firefox over IE 8 as FF is much faster.

IE8 is good for those who aren't looking for much form a browser other than the browsing experience. All the cool stuff comes with Firefox addons.

I think anyone serious about activities on the web should not use IE. IE is popular because it comes with windows and most Internet users don't bother looking at anything else, because Internet is just a hobbie for them.

But c'mon, Firefow is way better, and faster.

IE will never be good, they never seem to have solved its constant crashing problem , if you have a few tabs open! TERRIBLE!

I like IE8 and I have switched from Firefox to IE8. Its definately far better than its predecessor IE7. IE8 has support to download files over 4 GB.

No other browser is better than even an older version of firefox.
Firefox is magic wand for developers and webmasters. However chrome if good for newbies.

Firefox is faster and more advanced than Internet Explorer.
You can change Firefox the way you want, it's not possible with Internet Explorer.

My site simply looks better on FF ... IE8 needs to support CSS3 otherwise I just can't recommend to others ...

my suggestion is use fire-fox instead of using IE,because ie can be easily exploited by hacker's..

so fire-fox is safer than IE.

    I don't think so. I'm using windows 7 , IE 8 isn't better than firefox
And IE 8 has more and more security hole.
