    Interesting.

I think this is going to be a forever ongoing problem with ppc advertisting. I personally think that google does care, but that it is a very difficult problem to address.

Remember that Google's Adsense money comes from people buying Adwords - I wouldn't be impressed if I was paying out stacks for nothing.

Can't get people to convert when they come over to your site/business, so blame it on click fraud, why don't you?

I think what's really ticking this guy off is the fact that google, as usual, won't respond. I mean $1000 worth of click fraud and this lawyer's bringing suit??? Seems rather petty. I honestly think he's miffed because google is ignoring him.

So he sues'em. They can't ignore that or they lose.

Maybe google will learn a lesson eventually. They're getting worse at not responding and addressing customer's concerns and complaints. Things like Matt Cutts and his videos aren't going to help. Google needs to rethink their customer service approach and start paying more attention to the foks that are helping them make money.

Difficult to solve, yeah. But difficult to address? The article claims Google didn't even send a response email, and many people on DP have similar stories. It's not the norm maybe, but it seems to happen all too much.

Google can hire enough people to handle anything. I've never understood the concept of hiring slightly less people than you need in customer service. A slight overhiring would seem to be the smart business move.

I was going to do some more advertising with google but the fact is you can't trust google anymore. this google quality score business proves it as far as I am concerned, trying to extort $10 a click if they "don't like your site". Until google gets unbiased independant auditing of all systems, code and practises can they be trusted? I think they have proven they cannot be. Also they don't seem to respond to even the most reasonable inquiry.

I received a letter in the mail a couple days ago about yahoo (I just trashed it after reading a small bit, I try to stay away from legal issues). From the gist of it, someone was trying to sue Yahoo for false clicks. Who would figure there could be false clicks with all the competition?
