Definitely sounds like click fraud. Report it to google fast. It seems they have just ignored the invalid clicks which they have been known to do.

 

I don't think it's a click fraud, he might be driving traffic through some kind of source, one might advertising. It happens some time, once i got 120 clicks and ended up earning just 5 dollars. I had driven traffic through advertisements.
