Hi tet1win, sorry for the delay in response but I just became a member of this forum. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have about billing. I've been confirming billing for affiliates for the last year and I haven't had any affiliates that I haven't paid that were reachable. The only affiliates that don't get paid are ones who move or change addresses and contact info without updating their account. At that point we get returned checks, try to contact the affiliate but with no luck. If money is due to you I promise you we are more than willing to get that outstanding balance off our books. I know this maybe pointless responding to a post from 6 months ago but I just hate hearing that our support is not up to par.
