Now this should be fun.. Not like the regular Insurance,Loan,Poker Logo Contest:

I need a Banner for the soon to be Nr.1 Wombats Website (joking?? )

The Banner must be exactly 980 x 92

The Domain is Wombats.info

This Slogan should be implemented:

You may use Istock Pictures but you need to tell me if you do so...

Would probably prefer a cute drawing of Wombats (there might be future work possible for a good wombat drawer, I am thinking about adding a cartoon to the site)...

I will need all the files (psd, vector, all) from the winner so I'd be able to edit it later.

Working on somthing, do you have any colour preferances? Would you like to keep the green background etc.

No colour preferences as of now...

Even though I might change the Green Background in the future, you should fit the banner to this colour sheme for now...

Okay i've been working on the logo, not the header yet. Here's the logo:



i was going for a fun looking design, i used the brown colorus to match the fur obviously and i added the slogan like you requested. Were you looknig for anything like this? Or should i start the logo again.
If you do like the logo like it is, ill start working on the header later on.

Problem is i really cannot draw on photoshop, making that fur at te top was difficult haha. I'll try my best to make an appealing header though. Just dont close the contest before i get a chance to finish mine

This one is just ok. I am a little confused if the animal in the logo is a wombat or a koala bear. Though the font is kind of nice, the colors are a little drab.

The second one, is just ok again. It lacks some "oomph". The fonts are not really nice, a little hard to understand.

It's actually nice, I like the background color and the font. But it'll be much nicer if the .info is included and the wombat character looks kind of scary for me.

It's nice, but again the .info is not included. It's impressive that it's drawn from scratch but the wombat that is supposed to be letter "m" does not really look like "m" for me.
