I don't like how the type has an arc but the 2 white lines are straight. It doesn't flow well. You're also losing valuable space (about an inch or so) at the top because of that top white line. Lose the top white line and move the book title up a bit. Keep the arc on "diets" lose it on the rest.
Too dark for me, the text is not sharp enough and Direct looks like it says Direet. The guys face doesn't look like he has a team behind him, i would use a different type of face.
The images seems to be blurred for me. It is not sharp and is losing focus. The text is also a little damped. Is it because of the format you saved? -ishti
Well, it looks good. Keep this in mind that color harmony is indeed very important. The font color must match with the background color.
It seems fine, do you feel making a little wider top section so it may give a bigger impression, that will be fine too. Give it a try.
I actually like the colors and the way it looks. The only thing I frown on is the picture because that kind of picture is used a lot and not very unique but other then that I give it 9/10 Good luck with getting it launced!
I would not publish that book art I'm afraid, it looks very unprofessional. Also, too much text in the title - it's hard to know what the book actually is about. You say something new is here, but what? The curved typography doesn't really work imo, and stop putting outer glow's around people photographs - it cheapens the product too much.
agree that the image can use some work. Keep at it, pay attention to every detail. But I like the tag line from a psychological perspective. It gets my attention and it gets me asking questions, which is good. good luck.
Look quite nice! But I would prefer lighter background color for this niche. Also, the "Diet" font should be a bit larger or better yet, use thicker font to make it stand out. To be honest, I really think the chroma key job is quite bad. I suppose you shot them using green background or they're just some stock photos? If I were you, I would fine tune color/contrast/stroke a bit more and will definitely lesser the thick soft border...
Yeah... It's called exercise. People forget about that part, they just pray that diets and pills are gonna make you lose weight. I lost 60 pounds and I can eat whatever, I just avoid sugar as much as possible and exercise. The cover looks great, pretty stock looking ebook sales deal.
