How many of you are using reliance mobile phone...? Is the service satisfying? for me the answer is NO! my services were debarred since 12th morning and still not working. i approched them personally to sort out the problem and the facts were surprising. Despite of repeted complaints made there was no record with them in this respect no reference no. nothing which can relate me to the complaint and put a ? it self on the fact that was there any complaint made at all or not. At last i took the same in written after convincing teh web world ppl some how and made a claim in consumer court worth Rs. 70,000. but still my bangalore no. 9341163765 is not working. what i know abt this is that it was a step taken to move to consumer court in despirate frustration.
they gave me magic recharge card ... the day i made the recharge... it stopped working completely... now i will make sure they remember me for a while...
i dont use it, im using hutch and im tired of it as well, probably gona use some prepaid for a year of lifetime service, these companies charge bills like crazy, rentals for no reason, need some more providers to come in and reduce the prices.
Lol i use reliance n i think its the the da best one so economic so flexi plans as well during the flood time in gujarat only Reliance n Hutch were workin.. but the bad thng was everyone used my phone but i m quite happy w/ reliance
talking abt service buddy... support is like hell and when you do put up the complaint they don't even provide any reference for that...
I am using Airtel. It works for me with its amazing services and schemes. Right now Airtel has scheme of Internet Surfing through mobile phone. You need data cable DkU-5 or CA-42. And charge is really not believable. Only Rs. 10 per day. In just Rs. 10 you can sirf unlimited internet with good speed. No download or hidden charges. It really rocks......

jameskon, when you submitted the complaint, did you get an acknowledgement? If not, try submitting a written complaint again to the webworld and get a copy of the complaint stamped from them acknowledging the receipt. this should prove helpful should you decide to go for legal proceedings. also the best thing to do would be to approach the consumer court as you can hope for a favourable decision there.
None offers as transparent billing and dependable service currently as BSNL. Great coverage, reach and revamped customer support. Feels great using it.
Case is already filed.. thanks i am through all the procedure, but the fault is not from web world site... it's from the other operating end... and i will make sure that they pay for this.!
Hutch's network coverage isn't exactly spectacular in Mumbai, I switched back to BPL Mobile only for this reason. Satellite phones ftw!
