This is a successful Clickbank site that makes me about 1000 per week. I want to sell it. What do you think I could realistically get for it. I want to get like $50,000.

I hope for many responses from people who know a little about this. Thanks in advance!

Not likely, at least not from users here. You probably can get 10x your monthly rev for $40k, but why would you want to sell something that consistently provides you a grand per week? Smells fishy to me.

Oh look, a DP member with something negative to say. What a surprise!

I am selling it because all of my efforts are going into my new site and the large sum will help me. Even though that is none of your business

You asked for a valuation and reasons for selling can help determine a value.
(any prospective buyer would ask... will you tell them its none of there business to?)

As for the value of the website, well the reason you have given for selling (to start a new site) seems genuine enough, but also poses new questions, like...
How long has the site been going?
How long has it been generating income?
How much investment is required each week to keep up the $1000 return? (IE: Whats the ROI)

Considering the site is relatively new and has only been getting good traffic for just over 2 months, would make your given reason for selling (to start a new site), seem somewhat self contradicting and lower the value.

Finding out that your main source of traffic comes via PTC sites, would lower the value somewhat.

Searching for the domain name in Google and seeing the suggested search list drop down would raise a red flag and also lower the value.

The second result on Google when doing a search for "international-incomes.com" and also the first result when doing a search for "international-incomes.com Scam", would also lower the value.

A realistic price may come once you have lowered your unrealistic expectations.

I would value the domain at reg fee and the website at not much more

    Cheers
