How much spam do you get every day?

I read an article somewhere recently that the number of spam emails per person has gone down. I don’t think that applies to me.

I get about 70-80 spam emails a day and most of them are either about pills, software or phishing
what about you guys?

 

I get nearly zero because of Gmail. Its probably 1-2 per week i guess. I try and unsubscribe from as many unwanted newsletters as possible to reduce clutter.

Also, whenever i sign up for something that i think will send me ads, i use an alternate email address.

 

i also get so many spam emails....i dont know why they send spam emails when they knew that the reciever person will delete them immediately especially about pills

 

I get about 2 to 3 spams per day.

To avoid spam, I use different mail addresses :

One for for junk mails, list subscription and account registration.
One for more serious purposes.

 

Same here, 0 spam most of the time.

40 spams per day on my blog tho.

 

I think when you sign up for an email account, the provider should offer you a special email address that you use for possible spam sites.

I get about ~100 a day[Yahoo Mail], ranging from Jobs to loans to dating services. I made a new account at hotmail as it was getting very hard to keep track of genuine messages among all that crap

 

Most of the spam I get is in my Blogs.
I get less spam on email and DP compared to what I get on my blogs.

use to get alot now i get less, just gotta keep ontop of it with the spam settings in ure inbox

 

50-100 a day (yesterday: 72), depending. Thats just the stuff that gets through the spam filter on the server and in the built-in junkmail filter in my Mail App.

I've had the e-mail for about 6 or 7 years and always used it for public websites - safe to say if you send me a personal e-mail to that account it will get missed.

 

I get tons, about 30 emails a day in some of my emails

 

i see more crap threads on DP than getting spam emails

 

I get around 320 per day but this is in my spam inbox not my gmail inbox.

 

I use to get a load of spam but I went through every single email to look for the option to never send me an email again for up to a month! It did work and I only get about 5 spam emails a day.

 

I get 10 to 15 spam mails daily. Simply deleting without open.
