I may be interested to sell one of my best earners , a network of 2 adsense same-small-niche sites.
They are both over a year Old , receives about 400-500uniques day/together -99% Traffic is from Google while taking 2 first Spots for the keywords!
The sites are in Finance niche.
Earnings are ~$70-$80/day , with $1.5+ per click.

A few people in DP are so retarded. This is the reason why paid marketplace like Flippa is preferred to DP by serious sellers/buyers. IMO, if this is a legit 1 year established site getting 99% traffic from SE and making that much money, it certainly deserves the asking price by OP.

You are right there are too many re*****d here and there, as in any other place.
But there are also smart people too, that when they find a scam they alert the forum community, not like at flippa where sellers/scammers can delete other users post just to hide their intentions.

that´s why DP is a much better place than flippa (aka "we only care for our commisions")

1. Are you willing to accept payment via escrow?.

2. Is the site & promotion methods legal & whitehat?.

3. If the full funds are placed into escrow are you willing to allow the buyer to login to your account(s) and verify the stated earnings?.

Why on earth one would sell a site for ~10months revenue when he can just keep it and earn it back in that time?
This is not some tvshows site for which you can ask those 10months of revenue!
