Hi All. I'm fairly new to DP, but have learned a great deal in a short period of time here. Thanks for all your helpful information. That being said, I am trying to figure out how to get affiliates. I recently signed up with click2sell, have gotten some traffic, a couple sales and am still working on my own marketing techniques, but I would love to get affiliates on board. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Clickbank requires I have my own domain, which I do not. Their most attractive appeal is their "100K+" affiliates, but they have other not so favorable elements. I've been trying to find out how many affiliates click2sell has, but no luck yet.
I would suggest you to make your site attractive and use the same niche of affiliate that is of your site and place attractive banners of links so that people click them and become affiliates. I am using this technique and getting good traffic.
How do I get the niche of affiliates? I will work on attractive banners and fix up the site. Thanks Divyani!
what about plimus i got some affiliates there but still dont know how they works how they will get links of products plimus is free that is best of it but i wonder how i can give links to affiliates to run my products
InterMar - I was considering CJ. Are you with them now? Any helpful info you can pass on? Thank you! Couponmeup - Will send you a PM. Thanks so much! Janspter43 - I'm trying to avoid CB. I love Click2Sell. Their system is easy to use customer service is great. I'll continue to try and find affiliates outside of their network. Thanks for your feedback. tet1win - From what I've read Plimus is similar to C2S. Are there sites out there only dedicated to affiliates so merchants/vendors can contact them? Thanks everyone for your feedback and suggestions. I appreciate your help!
He said he doesn't have his own domain, so CJ won't accept him either. Plus CJ costs over $5,000 for set up fees. Alan, I'm curious how you are selling anything if you don't have a domain set up? Most savvy affiliates will check out a program before promoting it, so my guess is it will be hard to get any good affiliates until you are able to devote some resources to your affiliate program.
If you want to sell product in clickbank...you must have a domain name that related to the product...In my opinion, clickbank is the great source to recruit affiliate because they have 10 years experience in digital marketplace. Many internet marketing 'gurus' sell their product using clickbank and get profits from them.
Welcome buddy, Well, i suggest you to market only those products which are related to the theme of your blog otherwise people will visit your blog or site but will not become your affiliate. Capture their mind set and make your site that ways.
Thanks Divyani! I will keep this in mind. I just updated the text, so now I will focus on making it appealing for affiliates.
Check out what Digital River has to offer. You might find something that fits your needs there. They have an affiliate network that is specifically focused on applications. I believe it is called RegNow.
