Buying Need offshore FFMPEG host

    I need a reliable offshore FFMPEG host with the following requirements:
    • FFMPEG installed
    • 100 GB disc space
    • Moderate Amount of Bandwidth
    • Cpanel
    • Managed
    • Private Rapidleech Allowed
    • Adult and copyrighted content allowed

    I absolutely must have the above features. Budget is $20 per month.

    Do not scam me, do not screw me around. You will regret it.

    With cPanel + offshore and your config for just 20? It's more like "please scam me as I am naive" I could offer you a 100gb vps with unmetered bandwidth for 20/mo but not including cPanel

    Where the heck do you get a cheap cPanel license? $450 per year for cPanel? I will never pay that.

    You see this is why people scam you. You don't even google it before you speak..

    There is a lot of external cPanel license for vps out there you can get as low as 13.00/mo.
