Ok, I signed up for this and it's the second day and there's already been a full day of downtime. I'm processing to paypal and tagging this on itrader.

 

I am sorry but there has been no downtime for the last month on our services

 

If that's true how come anyone who clicks the link in your original post won't be able to connect?

I've tried from 4 different locations.

Also I was unable to login to WHM yesterday, I tried 8 different times using correct passwords.

I haven't uploaded a single file or webpage, so I haven't even received any services. I think it's perfectly legit for me to ask for a refund considering I haven't received anything.

 

You should of subbmited a ticket thats why the ticket system is there

also we do not offer refunds once someone submits a chargeback simple as, it can cause us to have bad rep with paypal, also giveing us a bad itrade for something that could of been resolved by logging into clientarea.myseedingbox.com and getting us to look into why you could not login

I submitted a ticket about being unable to login to WHM yesterday and I was still unable to log in after the ticket was closed.

Now I can't access the site at all, because it's down.

 

Your domain is pointing to totally difrent nameservers

Not our fault no one has reported any issues on any of our servers for weeks as we try to maintain 99.99% uptime

 

My domain was pointing to your name servers but I changed it after I was repeatedly unable to access CPanel/WHM.

I've moved to different, legitimate hosting.

No one can even access the front page of your website, how is anyone supposed to submit a ticket? Just give me back my $15 and then you can do whatever you want.

Your refusal to refund my money is a strong indication that you are scamming, also the fact that you use the name "Andrew Saunders" on your paypal account which is different from your name here.

You should of put a ticket in to sort it out.

I've told you 3 times. I can't access YOUR main page to submit a ticket. Therefore it is impossible for me to submit a ticket.

Nor should I have to submit a ticket based on the fact that I can't access your main page, the WHM login or anything else on your site.

It isn't my fault, it is your fault, I was unable to login to your site or upload a single file or page and therefore I haven't received any services.

I demand a full refund immediately and no one else should buy from you. Shoddy support and complete lack of service - I strongly believe that this is a scam.

You and Andrew Saunders are the same person. You also have multiple accounts on this site which is a violation of the TOS here.

As of posting this your site has been down for over 12 hours since 4 AM EST yesterday.

In addition you can't read. I can't connect to YOUR site. No one on the internet has been able to connect to the website you posted on your first post in 2 days, which indicates that either:

A. Your site is down

B. You banned me by IP prior to me posting any of this and prior to receiving any hosting service

Which entitles me to a refund either way.

 

Its not About the Money its the fact of our policy once someone has subbmited a chargeback we will suspend there services. but i have not done this to you this time.

yes you did get it even you said you did but then you could not login not our fault cause you changed the dns and forgot the pass and never subbmited a support ticket to reset it.

So then you did a dispute witch breaks our terms of service saying if any customers make a paypal dispute there services will be suspended until any chargebacks are lifted

Normally i would not sell Unmeterd plans this is wat people get for selling cheap packages just people throw it back in there faces i am ending these sales tomorrow as i am sick and tried of the people who pay the less treat us more like crap and want 24/7 support if they pay $15 a year then the people who Pay $20 a month

Yes i can, If you have been up for 3 days like i have then you would not be as alert as me, From now on i am going to ignore your replys to this thread, you are in the wrong face it you broke our terms of service

 

If you won't give refunds for a service that doesn't exist, that's called scamming.

Hopefully no one else will get scammed by you, and if they do they'll realize it and post here and eventually your itrader rep will drop to nothing and your paypal account will be closed after the massive amount of disputes that are opened due to your scam.

If you do it enough you might face legal action, even though you're like 15 so probably nothing will happen to you.

Do chargeback and you will get the refund. (The seller and buyer are not protected by paypal protection rule. So chargeback is the only way)
