I need any advice available please! I believe my CTR is very low, and I need some advice regarding my ad placements. Any changes, or suggestions? Are the colors fine?
Also should I move the one next to my logo on the header?? If so, where to? Any other changes?

    Any help would be awesome!

Ok thanks for your input. I will look into using smaller icons.

as for my ads, I put the large 336x280 rectangle ad above my posts..is this a good spot?? Also the ad in my header, next to my logo..do you think this is an effective ad, or should I move it??

You could try a skyscaper ad below "Find us on facebook" Additionally try coloring your ads a bit. Try making the ad text light blue and ad titles bold black and see if that helps.

Thank you for the info...do you think the large rectangle above my posts is a good spot?? Not sure if I should keep that ad there.

Do you use channels for tracking individual ads CTR?
You ca start with this and make some A/B testing.
