Go with Dell - My vote goes to Dell

There is no complaint in the product even after a long time of use. It is a good product from a reliable branded company.

The Acer one has better specs but you might want to go with Dell for stable products.

I've got a 30" dell monitor that runs great and is amazing for designing ( I remember working on a 14" monitor where I couldn't actually fit a whole web-page on the screen which made it near enough impossible. But yeah, it's quite a big step to go from 27" to 30", because the price goes up by nearly 4x! Still, I love my monitor despite how dearly it cost me.

Also, modern warfare 2 looks orgasmic on it :D

Except that would be a stupid idea, because the DPI would be so terrible.
