its very easy to get accepted on cpa networks, you just have to create a wonderful site that gets 1000 u.v per day and when they call you, tell them that you are going to promote their offer through ppc

Every company has there own standards for accepting new affiliate. I don't thinks the guide will be much useful for getting accepted to CPA networks. You need a very decent site and traffic to get to big networks like Neverblue.
