Can you get credited for click thrus via email ?

Here is my situation and hopefully someone can answer this question:

I am launching an email newsletter to a large group of people and am looking for ways to offset the cost of emailing. One idea I had was to put links into the newsletter with the hopes that some people might click on them for click thrus.

Is there a way to do this with adsense??? or some other program? It is likely that some of the advertisers that I want to target are not part of the adsense program since the newsletter is targeted at smaller local businesses. Can I set up the same thing on my own and charge businesses for click thrus to their website?

You can't put google adsense links in your newsletter.
You can have feedburner handle your rss feeds and have them put ads in your newsletter, but personally, I'd rather have people visit my website, than have them click off somewhere else.

 

That will lead to your banning from Adsense.

 

Only way to do this within Adsense guidelines is through Feedburner.com
Any earnings you make will be show up under Adsense for Feeds.
