you got a blogger blog and you are from india, thats where the problem is. adsense has special rule for publishers in india. you cannot sign up with free hosted blogs and your site running on your own domain needs to be atleast 6 months old before you can get approved.
too much bad for indian and now Pakistani publishers are also facing problems to be accpeted from Google. It may be a result of fake clicks from this are. may be or may be not!!!
You can't get accepted for a site that promotes copyright infringement material! And besides, there's hardly any content on it.
I dont think there are special rules for publishers from India and paksitan? Can somebody point to an authoritative source where this news/rumor is coming from? Every blog needs to be 6 months old before getting adsense approval. That is the universally applicable rule that I have heard of before.
Possible reason why you are not qualified for adsense is you are promoting for free download stuffs. Try to review their TOS so that you will know.
Usually they gave a reason when they reject an application. But do you really feel your website is worth to show others ads?
your website is totally against Google Adsense TOS , you are promoting copyright materials , what do you think from google to do ??

No no I mean the thread owner your blog is very safe with adsense , I've just saw it , as long as you are writing articles , you will never get banned from google BTW , nice blog
