Forums with wordpress?

What forum should i use with my wordpress. I want to be able to advertise google adsense and have a lot of forum options.

What are some good ones to use?

Not sure why you felt the need to start yet another thread on a topic that's already been discussed twice today. It's always a plus to at least scan a forum to see if your question is being discussed already.

 

I think its a bad idea to combine the two, blog or forum, not both, one will suffer or be neglected.

There is SimplePress but i heard it has too many issues.
So, that's not recommended.

benefit is.
1. there are plugins for make it plug and play. So it can be 1 db
2. seo url
3. still in development.

 

You can install any of those Scripts Like PHPBB, SMF or bbpress for making a forum along with your Wordpress blog.

Moreover, If you want to make your wordpress blog working like a forum then you can use a plugin called TDO for wordpress.

It easily customize a wordpress into a forum.

 

Thnx I will be stetting up a membership site using wordppress and this info will help me to decide what Forum plugin to use
