    if you have your own server, profit is 100% :)
    just the unique design and domain with hosting traffic will justify the asking price

    If you transfer the clients, you have to transfer the non-earned payments.

    I am interested in bidding, but see no point in buying it now if the whole business is not transferred.

    Say someone prepaid for 1 year, but it is only 3 months in... you should hand the new owner the 9 months left. This is required to deal with the cost of the client, otherwise the value of the client is worth less than 0. There are costs involved with each client. Transferring prepaid clients are actually considered baggage... unless the new owner gets what is rightful his/hers. You have only earned 3 out of the 12 months, you cannot keep the rest.

    You state that the company is for sale, then the whole company should be transferred...

    Let me know, as I am highly interested. But need to make sure dealing with somebody reputable.

    If you will not include the non-earned payments, then you need to subtract your costs associated with the long term clients, and re figure your Est. Annual. If you transfer the company without the unearned revenue than the company is in the Red, not the black for the new owner.
