How can I get my Pepperjam application approved?

I've applied this before but they rejected me, can I re-apply again? Will my application went through? Any idea?

I got accept by pepperjamnetwork with just a blog , alexa ranking 800k+ and pr1. Using domain email ( domain of blog )

 

First of all, did you correct whatever was wrong with your website before thinking to re-apply.
Pepperjam are quite stiff and keep a high standard. You can use this in your favor - check the TOS, prepare your website, submit again (no problem with that, it happens very often), then make a courtesy call to inquire about your application the next day or so. This way you will stand a better chance of talking to an AM and get feedback on the spot, maybe even get approved.
