    hi, nice list.

    I would have said:
    1. PPC (for starters)
    2. Links (selling directly or through companies like TLA)
    3. PPS (affiliate products, the general ecommerce merchandise)
    4. PPL (generate leads, including CPA)
    5. Reviews, on top of which you put all of the above.

    Please note popular junk like PPV and PPI does not belong on my list, but anything else goes if you engage with the right audience.
