seo wise no difference but that doesnt look much like a title. all you are doing is stuffing 3 keywords in the title which is not user friendly. a title should be written using one main keyword and at the most one additional keyword in a sentance structure. for example: "Best World Parties: Top World Parties and Festival Information" which has all your keyword but look lot better. you can tweak that according to your needs

I agree with sultanofseo, don't consider G crawlers as something unwise.. they are pretty much intelligent and quickly recognize that you are just stuffing keywords in your title, headings or whatever.
