Hello everyone. It is my first day here...and I come here with a lot of hope. For 3 years I have been trying to sell ClickBank products...but I have not managed a single sale. As you can see...I am really frustrated and do no know what to do. Can someone here please be so kind as to guide me to sell ClickBank products? Looking forward to all your help. Thank you. Regards. Veena
3 years? It must not be what you did, but how you think. You probably did the same thing over and over again, but it didn't work. You can't solve the same problem with the same kind of thinking. It probably doesn't matter which niche, keywords, traffic generations, you use unless you learn to think creatively. There's two main reasons you're not making money. 1) You didn't find a product that's profitable to begin with 2) You didn't sell it to well to a targeted audience. Think about those two points. Why not use Affiliorama or Commission Blueprint as a foundation to draw your affiliate marketing skills from?
I have a guide that I wrote and sold about 18 months ago. It will help shorten your learning curve quite a bit. Some of the info is a little dated but most is still useful. The original website was www.DailyProfiting.com but you can download it for free here http://dailyprofiting.com/ty222.html best of luck. Greg
Hi, You have successfully completed a major step by joining here.Carefully ready each and every post in this clickbank section.Expecting very fast result with little experience and knowledge is the reason for frustration. Try to make a good understandings about terms like Product selection, keyword research, web design, article marketing, pay per click advertising,Search Engine Optimization, marketing techniques, persuasion techniques etc. Traffic + conversion = Money Test everything you do.It is better to get a good guide for clickbank newbies. Thanks
Hi Thank you very much. I did choose products with high gravity. Can you elaborate on what you mean by think creatively? I also did use TA techniques. I also tried Affilorama You say it must be how I think...what is the different thinking I should have? Regards. Veena
Veena, Do not sell CB products - sell benefits/services that will either have people avoid pain or move towards pleasure! Find the people that need the guidance and help and let them know how the offer can meet their needs. Whenever you do your landing page, don't just list what the product is about...but speak directly to you targeted audience how it can help them in certain areas of their life. Who are your targeted audience? For example, think of weight loss. Is it just fat people as your target audience? Well, that's a competitive market, but you can offer it to people who may need losing weight. Example: - People going on vacation for the holidays for Thanksgiving -- advertise to them a weight loss product since they will get fat from the turkey (hint: this is an opportunity for you). - Mothers of newborn who may gain weight - Amateur actors/actresses looking to loss weight for movie/TV role Be creative on who you target to. For traffic - keep the type of people in mind who would want what you're promoting. Start free - forums/blog posting -> free classified -> articles -> social media -> mailing list Paid - PPC (try reading works by Perry Marshall), paid backlinks, website advertisement How do you increase conversion? Provide an incentive (a bonus offer if they buy from the vendor, an exclusive coupon not to be found anywhere, etc) - something that call for an action... Don't just read "The best CB guide to make money this or that. Those tell you what to do, but not how to think. Start with how you think. Learn about what influences people to buy? In sales page, the main ones include... - Scarcity - "Buy it now or the price will raise....only 10 left until midnight" - Relatively - "It was $50 but now it's $20....either you can choose 1 for $20 or 2 for $30" - Social proof - "If it works for him, it might work for you. Testimonials..." Really think differently in how you help others...remember, you're not just telling to get them to buy but to help them in a certain way.
Didn't even know what Clickbank was 3 years ago.. Thing is that you didn't research the right information to get you making money with clickbank that's all. Al.
This was the key post on the page, and everyone ignored it. If you've been trying and failing for 3 years, Veena, you need advice about what you've been doing wrong. In spite of all the posts offering advice, nobody can be confident of giving advice that's relevant to you without some understanding of what you've done so far. Many people here may be both willing and able to help, but exactly as Mike says, you need to start by giving us an example of one of the links you've previously been promoting. Then we'll know what you're talking about.
its really hard to earn in this sales way, it needs a huge traffic, you should promote your site in social bookmarking & try digg i heard digg brings a huge traffic.
I am also agree with @mikeyman120 and @alexa ... 3 years without any success is really an amazing thing. You must tell us what all you have done in these 3 years, which products you promoted, what promotion methods you used, what are your landing pages etc. I started around 10 months back with Clickbank, and you are far more senior than me in this field. So what tips can I get to you?? Anyway now you are on Digital Point so you can hope to see some sales in your account if you can really learn from fellow members here.
I appreciate your commitment and perseverance. You have a businessman/woman in you. 3 years is pretty too long to fail. Either you tried to sell something not in demand or tried to sell ice to eskimos. I do not agree with the view that you need to have a high traffic site to sell. You can make decent sum by Bum marketing with free sites and blogs. There are numerous success stories in DP. Make a search here and read a lot. This forum is much more than any marketing guide. ONE WORD OF CAUTION:- IF YOU SEEK ADVICE MANY MAY TRY TO PUSH THEIR PRODUCTS TO YOU. Hence make some research here and also in the web . You would get what you need.Further Landing page makes the whole lot of diffrence in CB sales. I do not want to prejudice you as I am reminded of the words of wisdom of Lord Buddha "Seek Not be Like Me Seek What I sought" Best of Luck !!
I hate to sound harsh but I'm not sure I agree - I don't think there's many business people that would work for 3 years with absolutely nothing to show for it. Surely you'd be better off in a minimum wage job? I think when alot of people say they've been 'trying' to do something online for a certain amount of time the truth is often that they spent that much time reading and not REALLY applying what they've learnt.
maybe the original poster is a troll? anyway, no more paranoia! there is a hungry crowd on the internet! FAT people want to get rid of fat people with acne scars want to get rid of acne heavy smokers want to quit smoking world of warcraft players want to know how to make gold in wow or level their character faster 45 year old lonely gurls/guys want to reunite with their ex-boy/girlfriend! you see a pattern? people have problems... virtual products sold on clickbank resolve these problems. you just need to put your REVIEW PAGE (where you review a particular product on clickbank) in front of that starving crowd. FACTS! 1. people look for a solution to their problems on the internet! 2. US Canada UK Australia usually buy many things from the internet! 3. other guys make xx.xxx$ / month with affiliate marketing (as vendors of uber affiliates) WHAT TO DO: 1. MAKE A REVIEW PAGE (comparing 3 products in the same niche) 2. get TARGETTED TRAFFIC 3. you will EVENTUALLY see sales (sooner or later) how to get targetted traffic? for beginning, article marketing. read some journals, some old threads, search for it on google and then... start writing more more even more! 10-20 articles you should see a sale from article marketing alone in a couple of days / weeks. gogogog, get to work! /whip
3 years just seems a bit too long.. He/she either hasn't done anything to get some results and just comes on the forum to make some obvious "complaints" .. There's no point to start this type of threads.. If I wouldn't have made moneyz for 1 year online I would have been long now selling hot dogs for a living .. let alone 3 years.. What exactly have you been doing in all these 3 years? Show us some of your progress.. Al.
