Got the list as promised and tried out a few (the list is pretty big and segregated by PR). It works. I could manage to post as given in the instructions. A couple of the blogs had difficulties in posting but it happens all the time in these situations where the blog owners and moderators can change the rules if they smell anything. Overall, a good list of blogs, the PR as indicated is of the actual page on which you will be making the comments, which is important. Most pages have retained the PR even after the last Google update on Oct 30.
