    I haven't received anything yet. I'm sure I'll get a W-2 at the beginning of next year for tax purposes though.

    How did the firewall suddenly block everyone though? If the firewall hit the connection limit, wouldnt it drop those extra connections, but not the current ones going through?

    Please help.

    Added cpalead gateway in single.php. But when added video <embed> code in Wordpress > New Post, Video window also shows up under the link for cpalead pop up window. Viewer can watch video without even click the pop up survey link.

    What is wrong?

    Make sure your placement was correct, I.E. not above html tag, make sure it is between the head tag.

    Hi,
    See that you're a developer for cpalead.com - Could you please help me. I've gone like chicken without head for the past three day.

    For the past, I always enter my video embedded code in wordpress > Post > Add New while cpalead code was in between <head> and </head> in header.php. This forced visitor to do a survey without seeing the front page yet. Madison Francis told me to put cpalead gateway code in single.php - By doing so, at my front page, there is a link to go to the pop up window and the video window is also there. Visitor can watch video right there even without complete a survey. I must have done something wrong here. Please help me. thank in advance. Sam

    im really looking for someone who could help me to earn at least $1000-$2000 per month in cpalead. im new to it but i only manage $14 for a month, can you help me guys? i hope there are some people who are kind to share there method.

    I have tried twice to sign up with cpa leads and have not been accepted although they dont even contact me to let me know , tried to log in and said i was not accepted, and i feel my site would convert well using this style of advertisement. any other company like CPA Lead worth using that actually wants to take on new publishers ?

    Yes, Please contact Jeremy, almost like applying for a job, you should follow up after submitting an app, best way to ensure you're hired/accepted. :) Also being very detailed in your application will help out alot too.

    Between 1-3 business days.

    Also remember that they mainly work M-F and would typically see more applications over the weekend, so it might take them a little longer to accept/reject your application.

    I know i can get that from the FAQ and all, but I'm asking for de facto criteria. :D
