I'de like to share my views here plz. Born in Pakistan, been living in Canada for the past 10 years. I did visited back more than 3 times and hoping to settle back in the next few years to come. I tried reading many comments. Before I begin, let me tell you that I follow both canadian and pakistani news channels. OK, having said this. I think pakistan smuggling terrorists to india is false, i think. I personally believe it was pakistan's fault to let the terrorists grow in pakistan in the first place and it is their duty to solve this issue. Pakistani army has started to clean up the garbage which was suppose to be thrown out many, many years ago. I guess, the delay was caused due to terrible governments pakistan had to face in the past. Pakistani government has always played their role of collecting loot (money) from Bank of Pakistan and establishment played its role to always try to destablize the government. This was always and is a huge problem in Pakistan. Maybe this is the main reason why pakistan government is never strong to make big decisions. Before my fellow pakistan's start to call me anti-pakistani. I must say that the army is doing its role. And believe me, no one, and i mean no one in pakistan likes to see innocent people dieing. No one wants to see schools blown up, innocents kids torn in pieces, and you all know the rest. No culture, or religion accepts such ruthless which these terrorists are trying to deliver. I think pakistan Army is doing an amazing job, sacrificing themselves to save our tomorrow. Keeping in mind that no Army can do such opperations in its own country without the public support. Pretty much every week the public goes on streets to give the terrorists a message that they are not welcome in Pakistan, nor in any other society. I'de also like to mention that when the taliban was in Swat area in Pakistan. They closed down all the barber shops, cenima's, and cd/dvd rental stores. After pakistani Army did a successful operation their, all of the businesses have been successfully opened. So I guess we can take this as a positive sign that there is still hope. There always is. We must all minimize negative comments and hope for the best. I apologize if I have offended anyone in any way. Please do comment. 100% right.!! I think all of the people speaking against any country must make their comments after they realise the reality. I am in Pakistan, I know the reality more than anyone making statements there against Pakistan. Let me explain it with 100% authenticity and you people will soon find the proves yourself. 1. Differentiate b/w Al-Qiada, Taliban, and the Group working in Pakistan (claiming them as Taliban). Al-Qaida is the group who is working against American and Israeli nations claiming them to be responsible for brutal killings in many muslim areas and they have their own proves. Taliban in Afghanistan: These are the people working hard against the Allied forces in Afghanistan and made a great setback for the Allied forced there and the casualty count is much higher than the official BBC and CNN reports. Most of the people in Muslim countries have very sympathetic and brotherhood with them. (Harsh but true reality) and in Pakistan its just because of the 1965 and 1971 war against India where Russia had a great support for India, but our Ally America tried to put sanctions against our nation instead of helping Us. Thumbs up to China, as they are always with Us. Terror Group in Pakistan (Claims to be Taliban There are 100s of Taliban's commanders videos who condemn their acts in Pakistan and they openly says that they have no link with these groups. Islam never allows civilians to be killed. Many of the times especially the blasts in 15 Office Lahore and the last Attack in Peshawar Meena Bazar, it was found the involvement if many Anti-Pakistani nations. In swat many terrorists have the Ammunition made by Americans, Israel and India. So, we have to be clear about making the statements against any group, that which group we are trying to attack. Near all the Muslims of Pakistan, we strongly condemn the Third group as well as the first one (if its involved in 9/11 attacks) Pakistan Army is very successful in its operations, and with the grace of Allah, we will secure all the northern areas within next few months. Thumbs up for the Pak Army making too fast successful moves over them. Them ...?? Its not us, its US who first tried to create these Mujahid Talibans, and uses them in Afghanistan against the Russia. These talibans were named as the freedom fighters by the US Presidents and now when they are fighting against them, you call them terrorists. Just tell me the casualty rate of 9/11 claimed to be done by Al-Qaida, and the casualty rate done by American forces in Afghanistan and Iraq. It would be more than 10 times of the 9/11. Now who is the big terrorist??
My personal thinking: In 1947 these were Britishers who played the game on the basis of Divide and Rule Policy. They theft everything from here. In previous times India was called as the Golden Bird but now it is suffering from tons of social diseases including poverty, unemployment etc etc. They grew the roots of hatred in between Hindu and Muslims in India and divide us in India and Pakistan. Its not America, its not US.. its WE (Indians and Pakistanis) who are responsible who easily follow the path of these so called developed nations. Just think........... WHY THE HELL WE ARE FIGHTING????? Hope I have not hurt anybody's feeling...
TO AAZZ: I ought to applaud you for your (partial truth) views and prudent thinking (partial again). Things you said is what i called, in my first post of this thread, as self-examination. I am an American-Indian. I follow FoxNews, Msnbc, CNN, Dawn and ibnlive. Search for 'Ajmal Kasab' in your canadian news or anywhere on internet and you will find his nationality. Recently two people have been detained by FBI (of America) accused to stage terrorist attack in Denmark and India. One person is Canadian (named Tahawwur Hussain Rana) and another one is American (David Coleman Headly). FBI has said that they were in contact with Pakistan embassy and Military. Read post of PostingPays (in response of your comment) and Khu84. They still blame America instead of Pakistan. That is the proof that hatred has gotten deep root not just in Terrorist but also in common folks. Time has ran out of their had. Hats off to akki313 who brought naked truth of 1947-divide-rule policy on the fore.
These people (Pakistanis and muslims) will never accept their mistakes and theres no point arguing with them. They should ask themselves why are they in such a bad state- economically,socially and politically if they are so noble and so correct.
Do not drag entire community into matter. Hono Dr Abdul Kalam is Muslim. However what you said is true for Pakistanis.
What I meant to say was directed to all counties dominated by muslims. Even in India the state of muslims is not very good socially. Muslims in India are forbidden from singing the national song by a fatwa, they are responsible for population explosion, even though forbidden by law, the women are *forced* to stay in a burqa....But still agreed that the state and conduct of muslims in India is much better than the Rest of the World.
I agree with that. Do you remember film 'Main hoon Na' by Farah khan and 'Fiza' by Khalid Mohammed. They portrayed and tried to convey message that 'muslim youths are becoming terrorist' because of hindu. If thats the what moderate people believe what can we expect from other muslims?
Indian Muslims turning terrorist is not much of an issue except in Kashmir, over there Pakistani infiltrators are responsible for turning young muslim boys into terrorists.
You are calling every Muslim a terrorist, this is not the way the things work. Lets get out of this region and religion thing and decide with open eyes who is terrorist. And terrorist have no religion because no religion teach people to kill others. Taking example of my own religion if a person who says him/herself a Muslim and have been involved in a terror activity than we can not blame all Muslim community for that and then in fact that terrorist is outta defination of being a Muslim, same goes for other religions. So people lets get a life and think on common grounds as being human beings, and lets find out who is being wrong and tackle with the culprits not the whole community. If we will indulge in these region/religion things then will be uselessly blaming each other. Lets get a life, including myself into that and if not done any good other than talking in past lets do it know. Lets do some research as well other than believing what the media or people in our well say, so hope if next time a comment comes on this, the poster does not show hatred for anyone and have done some research on this.
I agree with what you are saying in principal, but lets be honest. These people are all Muslims. I don't believe for a second that Christmas day was chosen at random for the release of the video of the captured US soldier and the attempted destruction of an airplane.
