If you would have website network what earns $250-$300/day on autopilot from adsense and have been earning such an amount for like a year already ( only expenses are ~$300/month to pay to worker to keep the site's content updated)
for how much you would sell such an site and where?

I think it's kinda hard to sell such a website because the interne is full of scammers and i don't think you will be able to sell it just publishing some announces on websites like flippa.com or sitepoint. You should see a broker or smth. like that.

Would sell it on flippa, and make sure to show verified earnings.

I think the very general formula is *3-9 months of revenue* .. Try sitepoint & flippa.

For an AdSense site with massive backlinks, no black hat, I would say 20x the monthly revenue.

Revenue is not the only factor which decides the price, if i assume, all other factors are smooth, i would like to think a site earning that much should be priced at $200,000+ it is above the average market price threshhold which is 10 months revenue, but i have never seen a site which earns this much getting sold for 10 months of its revenue, but 20+ months. Best of luck.

I have to ask the question, with a site such as the one you are referring to, that brings in $9K a month, is fully automated, why would you even sell it?

No kidding. $9k a month on autopilot sounds good to me, and I'd hold on to it very tightly.

why would you want to sell it. My motto is 3 times your net. so lets say 6.5net *12 months a year i would say 190 low and 250k high if it does truly make that. take your sight to a broker and ask them they will give you a better ideah

I'd sell it on flippa, be sure to back up your statistics with a lot of solid proof if you're wanting top dollar for your website. If you can do that, it'd be relatively easy to sell the site for about 3 to 5 times monthly income (24k -30k) if you want a quick sale.
