It was a PR 3, but however, for the last update, pr dropped to 0. This blog is not penalized by google. Reason is due to the sites that i building links to the blog experienced decrease in their pr, therefore it also affect my blog. New owner can easily bring up the pr by engaging an seo firm or if experienced, do intensive link development and building.

Kontera Revenue was $$23.87

I have set the reserve to $1,200, i think this is a reasonable price considering the revenue, the traffic, the active subscribers and amount of quality content of this blog.

 

I would be interested in purchasing your site at another time, however I do not know anytime in the future as I do not have that much budgeted for site purchases yet.
