Will it be beneficial to register it?

For what purpose? For better SEO use .com or .net domain.

there are few good 3 letter .ins are available stilll

 

If the domain will benifit you in some way, for a site you want to develop or you think you can sell, then go for it. If it's just random letters like fot.in, xqo.in the save your money.

 

fot.in gets you min 100$ profit dude

I was some 2 numbers domain name with the extension of me.uk is available to register.What about it?

 

is that just 2 number or 2 number with a letter ? i think that tld min length is 3 characters.
