Automatic submission to 1000 directories?

    I am not sure whether to give this a try or not http://www.gtsee.com/.

    Do you think these automatic submission services work (improve page rank and position of your website)? I am worried that my website could be banned due to spam or black-hat complaint.

    I wouldn't do it. If you are wanting links from directories, then hand submit 10-15 per day. If not, it's going to look like you are spamming. Just my 2 cents.

    I don't like using any software for submitting to directories. I'd still go for manual submission.

    dont use such automated tools its simply a waste

    owners also may not accept due to wrong category

    Google does not like that any website gains link so quickly so please away from these types of software which can cause harm to your web presence !

    It looks like you got your answer.
    You can hire someone from here that will submit your site to about 500 directories for $10.
    Probably cheaper than the program costs.

    The last time I checked my webmaster tool, i did not see more than a few directories in the incoming liknks field. And I probably hand submitted about 500 myself.

    Its not all directories that adds your site when you submit to them.

    I tried a program that automatically submits sites to directories but when I went to check if my sites were at those directories, I couldn't find them. I'd just not bother with such things.

    I will say no..even Google has declared that directory submission does not have impact on PR.

    What about manual submission to directories? There is a member here offering manual submission to 1000 PR8 directories for $25.

    Manual submission is the best way. It can avoid link farms, spammy directories and banned or droped sites

    I think it is wrong way to promote your site.
    Keep patient and do quality work, submit 20 directories daily.
