Request Paypal account against scamming buyers?

    Hi all,

    I just read at : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1573107

    "If you want to BIN this domain, just PM me with your paypal account, so i can request money from yours. This method we use to avoid scammer here."

    Please explain me:

    • how the above works and
    • why is it safer than what I had in mind: simply giving a buyer my paypal account?

    Well,Maybe the buyer can not open a dispute If the seller request money from seller
