is there PPI program that pays for direct toolbar download?

    is there a reliable pay per download company that pays for direct downloads of its toolbar/screensavers/games/etc.. downloads that doesn't come from publisher site itself (from installer in my case which is been downloaded from downloads sites like downloads.com and zdnet, etc..)

    Yep... its not Zango but now Pinball Publisher Network and they have toolbar... but on mentioned site is more PPI programs that have toolbar.
