Hello, Just after see'ing this thread, i quickly made this script. 1. Place an insert form for the public to enter 2. The Email Address entered gets saved in a file on your server. 3. You simply access the file, to get the email id - That file is a txt file and is highly editable. 4. Your own custom thank you message, with HTML Coding or Simple Text - or Redirect to any webpage after they submit. 5. A special page made specially for sending the mails to everyone added in the list. Just enter sender email, subject and the message and you get to send your message. No MYSQL database is required for this purpose. Pure php script, Form can be added in any page you might want. I will send you a pm with demo as well. let me know if interested.

But it should not cause any issues, if one keeps an unique long name for the file or clears off the list regularly. copying to new file. No one will be able to locate the file unless he/she knows the file name or path Anyway, If he wants via sql, that can done as well, Just a quick query needs to be added which will be called when sending the mails/storing the ids.
