Sorry to listen you have problem but please open ticket from your client area as I can't find who you are? I try to find out in open tickets but I have not found any ticket regarding your issue. If your account is suspended there must be some issue I can only help you if you open ticket from your client area.

I host with these they must have the slowest servers ever and there support stinks .even the live chat is rude ,she couldnt fix my issue after 25 mins and told me to backup my site and cancel my account. so Now im looking for decent hosting.
