dn4k.com, its currently a web directory which was established in late sept 09.
The domain name is

5 Years, 3 Months, 27 days Old, its a good aged domain with only 4 characters. The site also includes a license for PhpLD.

I will transfer the domain name to you which is registered at Godaddy. I will also transfer the phpLD license to you which will need to be done on the phpld forum via a ticket request.

You will have to either transfer the site to your own hosting account or have your host move the site to your account.

I have developed this site and as I began to work on it other sites took up my time and I no longer plan to work on this site.

I was asking $120 but I lowered it to $100
I have NOT monetized the site, just a few weeks back I added adsense.

Paypal is the only form of payment.
I have also attached a screen shot of traffic.
