Nice and very business like theme. But logo looks odd for me. Looks like it came from some gaming website.

I've got a good laugh seeing The Office characters in the banner, but you are probably going to be "asked" to take it down.

Why appear to be from the comedy TV show?

The connection in my mind is the Business Plan site is A JOKE!

I suggest you change your theme to something more serious and less comedy.
