Selling Great Movie Site With 6900 uv/month + Revenue !

Hello !

I got this site which goes really great but I don't know really what to do with it.
It seems to be very successfully site and the basic for this is the fact that the 'Jurassic Park 4' keyword has 301,000 Global Monthly Search Volume, my site take part in this party with almost 7,000 unique visitors on October !

Well this is the sad part I really don't know how to squeeze the site in order to make decent revenue from it, but I've tried to do some:
Almost 100$ in Adsense for the last 1 year:

+ Between 70-100$ sales in ClickBank in the last 1 year.

Well as I see it its a safe keyword and a moderate trend which only rising over the years.

 

5 times annual revenue! I think you need to revise your price....

 

My thought aswell, i mean considering traffic and earnings that site isn't worth more then 70$, im a jurassic park fan myself and any interest i might have on purchasing this site got lost with that 1k$ bin.

Well, I know 1k$ is a bit non realistic since you can't see to the long term. as I expect the site can only grow from here and once you find the right way to make money from it you will make much more than a 1000$.

Anyway I will consider any bid/offer I will get ...

 

Its not worth that you believe the potential to be. Its worth what it is worth now. Otherwise I could throw a site together in 10min and say look at it in the future, $1,000 please

 

if you consider bid, i will bid: 160$... its around 10 months revenue... it is fair enough
