Start a web site, place google ads @ good spots and do a proper SEo of the site rather than SPAMING Thats it.
Register a new domain. Build website by adding good content. Sign-Up Google Adsense and display their Ads. Promote your website and thus you will get good traffic .... good clicks....good money.
it is quite easy to get started even on blogger, unique content, backlinks and so on it will happen, or invest in an established site.

This is my personal idea only. My small site www.boxlive.tv has generated very high CPC. I was surprised but then I found the keywords on my site really match many advertisers. They deliver good banners for live TV, live sport games and users are very engaged. So my advice is to start a "Watch TV, Sport" site like my site www.boxlive.tv

Easy way? I dont think there is one. Its a fallacy to assume that there has to be an easy way. Earning through adsense takes time, some times years.

Create blog with quality content.You can get lot of traffic from that..Or you can try adsense for domain.
see that your website have unique content, good amount of backlinks and also advertise your site . You will get 50$ facebook ad credits or adwords credits for 2 or 3$ .. most the people sell them. Try with one of them to advertise your site.
For me, the easiest one is using Adsense For Domain. You just need to buy a good domain name and set up it once. And then, you can leave it.
The easiest way is user generated content. I see a lot of people here who talk about Adsense and say that they have blogs, websites, etc where they have to spend hours a day writing content to make a little cash. I started a site where the users generate 99% of the content and traffic and in 5 months it has gone from a site with 0 revenue to making a constant steady stream of income. The first 3 months it made around $140 total, last month it made $110 and this the fifth month it is on track to make over $150, and it will just continue to grow exponentially. I have spent $0 on advertising the site and started making money just by posting no more than 10 forum threads about the site. I spend about 30 minutes a day at most answering support requests, and that's IT. The hard part will be finding the right niche for user generated content. Forum and blog hosts are good, but there are a lot of them. If you know some programming skills though you can make something custom to drive in users. What I suggest is go on a scripts site, like hotscripts.com and see what the most popular scripts are on there. See what people need. Now, if technical people need this, then most likely non-technical people will as well. The only difference between the two is that the technical people know how to install the complex scripts and non-technical people can't. So, what you can do is take a popular PHP script that people want (the one that comes to my head first off is Joomla, but there are a LOT of popular scripts), and spend some time and make a multi-user version of it for the people who couldn't manage it on their own. A multi-user version is great because you host the content and the user doesn't have to manage a server. Then the users create the content and you put your ads on it that way. If you know what you're doing any web script can be turned into a multi-user script. You just need to find one where this hasn't been done before and people want to use it but don't know how. That's what I did. Or, if you want to go down another road, find a niche where people want to express themselves but can't. Search forums and see what people are talking about. Maybe people want an easy way to share their recipies, maybe they want a place to find unique ways to pay for Christmas gifts, maybe they want something else. Just look for a need and run with it. Now, this may all seem hard, and it is. I know you asked for the easiest way to earn with Adsense, but the truth is, there isn't a sure fire easy never-do-any-work way. But, user generated content is great in that once you get the setup done, the hard part, it is so easy as the users generate all the content as well as pull in more users with that content who use your service and eventually the whole thing just snowballs into a pile of cash.
