Hi Everyone, Please! who can tell me which are the 10 search results when searching "swing" in google: please take a look at the enclosed picture. Many thanks
Please download the picture to watch a large image. I am really confused by the search results with some youtube pages? which are the real natural pages?
They area actually almost all natural search results. What you are seeing is that Google thinks the search term you entered in is misspelled or there is some other more relevant search so they entered in results for what it thinks you where trying to search for after 3 results of the keyword you actually did search for.
They are natural results it's just Google doesn't think your search is a common search or what you're actually looking for so they provide an extended results page. Depending on how you want to view the results the first 10 could be those after the top 3 results or those starting after the 3. I know there are still 12 results after the 3 top "suggestion" results - either Google screwed up (not likely) or they wanted to provided extended results because of the uncommon search keyword.
But I still think 10 results per page is a regular situation. Please take a look at 4 the Youtube pages, I guess there are 2 suggeston results amoung them which are not natural results, but I can not tell which 2 are yet. Also I found there are a lot of search result pages contain Youtube results which are not natural search results. Have you experienced this?
When we are targeting at SEO, we have to figure out which are our competiters and which are not, don't we? So the most important thing is to tell who are the searching results and who are not!
Yes, usually they are, but when they have the "Show more results from example.com", link underneath the result, then they are treated the same as a sitelink. The sub listings that don't have the "Show more results from example.com" link are treated as a SERP result.. IMHO Cheers James
