We sent out 95% of August payments on schedule. The remaining 5% -- mostly payments due to low-volume GPT incentive publishers -- incurred delays as our fraud analytic team audited traffic and awaited definitive feedback / payment from advertisers. Accounts under this umbrella (it appears as if yours is one of them, hence, your post) are considered "high-risk" due to their track record of producing leads/sales that result in after-payment reversals for fraud. Today marks the release of the 5% of accounts that entered this audit. As such, you should have received payment for all valid leads -- should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me directly via PM, phone, or email.

Vintacore network is a complete scam. I never received payment from March and May 2009 for $37.05 in total. No one replies to emails, phone messages, AIMs, etc. Going to join Vintacore? Only join if you want to be another victim of being scammed.
The threshold makes no difference (especially since it doesn't state it in their Terms of Service). I requested to have my account closed out and to have my balance paid. No replies, no nothing. Scam, yes. I'll work on creating blogs and post it everywhere. Maybe that will get them to resolve this issue, but doubt it.
i am also waiting for their reply and payment. so far as i know, there are not only we two are facing this situation, maybe vintacore is going to bankrupt.

The reason we want to speak to you on the phone before closing your account is to outline our side of things in an unhostile environment. As you know from your nine previous timely payments, we're not in the business to "scam" as you have suggested. Instead, as I've outlined above, your balance was under our payment-yielding threshold, and thus the reason why payment wasn't rendered. Despite this fact, we'll still honor your payment request (we want to satisfy our publishers; anything else would be idiotic), but, first, want to make sure that you understand our side of the story. Today is 1st December but i still have not been paid for September yet. Vintacore is a great network, i was paid many times but now i don't know why they delay to pay for a long time. I hope that they doesn't scam. i am waiting for ....
