Contest **$25 Logo Design Contest- Possible Bonus! **

Hey guys I am having a Logo design contest. The winner will be paid $25. There is a bonus if the winner has an outstanding design. All designs must be posted via the thread. I will not respond to submissions sent via PM. Any questions feel free to ask.


So lets get to it... The name of the site is Cooking School Dropout

A couple ideas we have is to have "Cooking School" with a normal look and then "dropout" either like hand written looking or with the "out" part kind of hanging down. Or hey maybe both Just be creative

Just know before you submit that if I don't like your design I will simply tell you so you don't waste tons of time trying to make it better. But if I do think it has potential I will tell you what I like and don't like about it.

Some good submissions so far. I appreciate all the hard work. I will have some detailed feedback for you guys within the next 3-4 hours.

I will say real quick that I would like to see somebody put in a clean design that has "cooking school" in a formal font and "dropout" in a informal, handwritten look. But don't be limited to that, just an idea I would like to see.

I want to also add real quick that all designs must be delivered in psd and png format. And if possible I would like it in a vector based .ai file. I will pay an extra $5 if it is in vector format. Payment will be made via PayPal.

Also the contest will officially end Saturday afternoon CST (-6:00). I will end it early though if somebody submits something I want to go with so there won't be any more time spent.

 

Any preferance on colors?

the designs that have caught my eye are:

Amisinfotainment- I like the first design with black background, but don't really like the smilie face.

dakouten- like the colors

qw3rt7- so far this is my favorite

chewysmom- nice, I like it

bloopa- can you change the blue to red? the black letter are too informal.

no problem, though im starting to think people have very odd taste

 

Not everyone has the same tastes. That is what keeps things interesting. If everyone liked the same stuff wouldn't that make things boring as hell?
