Do you have any ideal where can I check whether my contents are being duplicated? If yes, please let me know where and how to check. Thanks

yeah most use copyscape.com but they restricted the way it can be used a while back to get paid users and stop misuse.

do a google search or look at this dp thread to find out to get around having to pay to use copyscape: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1202826

just dont forget to delete the article after testing for uniqueness if you use that method - so the article will not get indexed by google first before you post it at your desired web location, if you dont it will not remain unique.

The other popular choice is a software called dupefreepro but think there is a fee to use it???

If they are duplicate run it through google translate. French and back to english for example.

The easiest method, which is free but implies some work, is to use
the google search. Take a whole phrase out of your article and search
it in google with quotation marks... Preferably, find a phrase which
is important within the article: a statement, a conclusion, or a phrase
that contains a lot of keywords.

I usually do two checks per every 500 words article- that should be enough!
