For your competitors' traffic, you can use Google Adplanner. For their keywords, you can use SEMRush.

Just do one thing you can get some data of your competitior through alexa.com or comepte.com

you can compare that data with your site also and there is not gurntee of accuracy of that data.

You can find how they rank using Alexa, but it's a little flakey.

I use SEOMoz's service - the LinkScape program is pretty good program - you can compare your site to your competitors and see how you rank against them, as well as related KW information for each of your 'ennemies' :)

Downside: SEOMoz is 80$ a month.

How accurate is compete.com? I just tried it and the results seemed way way off. Checking against a main competitor it showed we were similar in traffic, however our alexa ranks are poles apart and a hitwise report we had recently backed the alexa ranking up to confirm we had far more traffic. I'm not convinced the compete.com data is accurate at all.

I use alexa as well. I love though to run em through yahoo site explorer just to see if they know what they are doing.

I've had good luck using the tools at www.spyfu.com. They have a paid section (which I used back when I worked at a PPC agency), but honestly I think their free tools are just as good.

The ranking reports fir different keywords can say the number of visitors who visit your site and your competitior's site.
